What I offer

Reiki:

Hands-on healing: Reiki is an energetic healing technique rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan in the 1890s. This art of “laying on hands” can be used to support the healing of psychological and physical illness, as life source energy (ki) flows through the palms of the practitioner’s hands.

Hands-off healing: Amazingly, Reiki can also be performed hands-off, working within the client’s auric field. As the energy flows through the heart chakras located in the practitioner’s palms, it naturally travels to where it is most needed—without the need for physical touch.

Distance healing: Even more astonishing, Reiki can be practiced from a distance. You can literally be on the other side of the world! Using ancient symbols and mantras, a practitioner can connect energetically with a client, as if time, space, and distance did not exist.

1-2-1 private sessions:

I offer private one-to-one sessions, both in person and online (via Zoom), for Reiki and Yoga. In-person sessions are held in private therapy rooms at We Are Wellness in Headingley.

In-person appointments are one hour long and can cover all aspects of yoga and various class styles, or alternatively, Reiki. Online Zoom sessions are forty minutes long and can include Reiki, meditation, breathwork, or Kriya Yoga. If you would like to learn yoga asana (postures) online, please use my prerecorded subscription classes.

Yoga / breath-work / meditation:

I have completed multiple yoga teacher trainings at the source—in India. I offer a fully integrated practice in my classes. I’m qualified in Vedic and Tantric Transcendental Wisdom, Sattva Yoga, Kriya, Naad, Himalayan Kundalini, Laya and Chi movements, Hatha Vinyasa, Meditation, Yin, Nidra, and Usui Reiki Ryoho.

I offer dozens of meditations, asanas, breathwork techniques, and Kriyas that have been used for thousands of years—not just as exercise, but as tools to release psychological, mental, and physical trauma from the mind, body, and soul. My classes are not just an exercise routine; the breath, movement, and power of the mind used in these techniques have been shown to help release trapped trauma and activate energy for the recipient’s overall well-being.

Subscription:

Introducing my online Yoga subscription for asthmatics focused on building strong, conscious breathwork to support lung capacity, resilience, and overall respiratory health. These targeted classes combine powerful pranayama techniques, intentional movement, and guided practices that help retrain the breath, calm the nervous system, and improve airflow. Designed specifically for those living with asthma, the sessions aim to reduce dependency on shallow breathing patterns and empower you to take control of your breath and body. What to expect on 1-2-1 online appointment

Breath-work, Kriya Yoga, and meditation are powerful tools for releasing stored trauma from the mind and body. Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system and helps regulate emotional responses, allowing suppressed emotions and tension to surface and release. Kriya Yoga—a dynamic practice combining breath, movement, sound, and internal focus—works directly with the energy body to clear blockages and restore balance. Meditation creates a safe internal space for stillness, awareness, and integration, allowing the subconscious mind to process and heal unresolved experiences. Together, these practices create a holistic pathway to emotional freedom, helping to release trauma not just mentally, but energetically and physically.

My Reiki Technique

To start I will use the standard Reiki hand positions to relax you and locate the stagnant energy. Then we move on to the fast intuitive part of the ceremony, my hands will be guided into unique movements paired with some intense breathing techniques although you can just sit, relax and receive. I can usually locate historical injuries and/or trauma that is the route course of mental and physical illness, and treat it with no prior knowledge. The ceremony ends when i’m guided to put my hands in prayer & bow.

The whole process takes approximately 25-35 minutes, and infuses incense, white sage and palo santo in to the ceremony. If you require any Kriya Yoga techniques for anything that comes up in the process, I will then teach you the Kriya/meditation. The rest of your one hour appointment is for pre/post consultations. The next working day you will receive a follow up PDF written in a medical doctors format via email (to monitor your progress for yourself or your GP).
