Hi, I’m Joel — a yogi, healer, and founder of Joel’s Holistics. After a powerful awakening experience in 2020, I discovered how meditation and breath work could transform both body and mind.
What began as a personal journey to relieve my asthma and support friends through pain has grown into 700+ hours of yoga teacher training and a Reiki Master certification.
Now, I share these practices to help others breathe easier, build strength, and connect more deeply with themselves.
