Private 1-2-1 Sessions with Joel

Session Options

In-Person (Headingley) – 60 minutes

A full private session including tailored yoga or movement, breath work and integration, or Reiki, Ideal if you want hands-on support and deeper healing.

Online (Zoom) – 40 minutes

Reiki healing or personalised meditation, breath work, or Kriya techniques delivered remotely, perfect if you want focused guidance from home.

Note: For online yoga postures, I recommend combining these sessions with my on-demand class library.

Do I need yoga or meditation experience?

Not at all. Sessions are tailored for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.

Are 1-2-1 sessions just for asthma?

No — while I specialise in breathing and lung health, private work also supports stress, chronic pain, injury recovery, trauma release, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.

What if I’m not into “spiritual” practices?

That’s fine. Every session is shaped around what feels right for you — from practical breathing techniques to energy healing.
