1. Do I need yoga experience?
No. These classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Every practice is guided clearly, so you can move safely and confidently at your own pace.
2. Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. Yoga helps you build flexibility gradually. The focus here is on breath, posture, and relaxation — flexibility develops naturally over time.
3. Is this only for people with asthma?
No. While Joel’s Holistics was inspired by Joel’s own experience with asthma, the classes support anyone who wants to improve breathing, learn Kundalini/Kriya yoga, reduce stress, and enhance overall wellbeing.
4. What if I get short of breath during practice?
That’s completely fine. You’re encouraged to pause, slow down, or adapt the practice whenever needed. Each class is designed to give you space to listen to your body.
