The practice peaks with Ego Conqueror — a dynamic kriya featuring powerful navel pumps to release anxiety, and awaken true inner confidence. Then we ground the body with asana practice, integrating the energy and preparing for deep meditation. We close with Kumbhaka practicing breath retention and, Mula Bandha (root lock), cultivating deep awareness, grounding, and inner mastery.
