Continuing our heart-centered Vinyasa flow series, this class introduces gentle backbending to deepen the opening of the heart space. We gradually build the flow, layer by layer, leading toward our peak posture, Dhanurasana. The practice then winds down with elements of Qi Gong and longer-held, supportive counterposes to restore and rebalance the body.
