#0056 - 30 Min - Full Yogic Breath - Release Anger - Lions Breath

We begin the session by integrating abdominal, thoracic, and clavicular breathing techniques to achieve full, conscious breath. We then cultivate vital energy throughout the body using Prana Shakti. This is followed by a release phase to discharge built-up tension and anger, while supporting nervous system regulation through Prana Shakti II and Lion’s Breath. The session concludes with grounding practices to restore balance and stability.
