The sequence blends expansive heart openers, strong breathwork, core engagement, and backbends to support healing in the heart and lungs. Together, these elements prepare us for our peak poses: Ustrasana (Camel Pose) and Supta Virasana (Reclined Hero Pose).
We’ll finish with a gentle counterpose, Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), to balance the body and integrate the energy of the practice.
